Narrated Abdullah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "No person disturbs what he has been granted in terms of patience, but that he will be tried. And no person is granted what he has been granted in terms of steadfastness, but that he will be tested. And Allah does not consider the affairs of the slaves except through patience. Allah does not grant anyone a gift better and more comprehensive than patience." Then he recited: 'O Allah, I seek refuge in You from distress and sorrow...'. (Sahih al-Bukhari 1425)
