O Allah, Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earth, our Lord and Lord of everything, the opener of the grain and the date-stone, the revealer of the Torah, the Gospel, and the Criterion (Quran)! I seek refuge in You from the evil of everything You are holding by its forelock. O Allah, You are the First, so there is nothing before You; You are the Last, so there is nothing after You; You are the Outwardly Apparent, so there is nothing above You; You are the Hidden, so there is nothing beyond You. Settle our debts for us and enrich us from poverty.

Allahumma Anta al-Awwalu falaysa qablaka shay', wa Anta al-Akhiru falaysa ba'daka shay', wa Anta adh-Dhahiru falaysa fawqaka shay', wa Anta al-Batini falaysa dunaka shay', iqdi 'anna daynana wa aghnina min al-faqr.
