When to Read
Recite this dua before you officially commence any new personal project, whether it's starting a new business, learning a skill, writing a book, or embarking on any endeavor that requires effort and intention. Say it with sincerity as you sit down to plan or take the first step.
How to Read
Raise your hands in supplication, as is the etiquette for dua. Begin by praising Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta'ala) and sending blessings upon the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Then, recite this comprehensive dua with conviction, focusing on your intention for the project and seeking Allah's help in acquiring the necessary knowledge, earning legitimate provision for it, and ensuring your efforts are accepted.
Virtues & Benefits
This powerful dua encapsulates the essence of seeking success in any endeavor from Allah alone. 'Beneficial knowledge' ensures you learn what truly serves you and others. 'Pure provision' means earning wealth and resources through lawful means, which brings blessings. 'Accepted deeds' is the ultimate goal – that your hard work and intentions are recognized and rewarded by Allah, both in this life and the hereafter. By asking for these three things, you are laying a foundation for a project that is not only successful in worldly terms but also pleasing to your Creator.
