Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) reported: When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) migrated to Medina, she said: 'I have never seen a sick person who had more of an ordeal than him, and I have never seen a person whose life was easier than his.' She said: 'The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) taught me these words to say: I seek refuge in Allah from the evil that I see and that I fear.' Then she mentioned a similar Hadith. Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) reported: When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) performed the Fajr prayer, he would say: Allahumma inni as'aluka 'ilman nafi'an, wa rizqan tayyiban, wa 'amalan mutaqabbalan.
