بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ. اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ النَّاسِ، أَذْهِبِ الْبَأْسَ، اشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي، لَا شِفَاءَ إِلَّا شِفَاؤُكَ، شِفَاءً لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا.
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. O Allah, Lord of mankind, remove the suffering. Heal, for You are the Healer. There is no healing except Your healing, a healing that leaves no ailment behind.
Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim. Allahumma Rabb an-nas, adh-hibil-ba's, ishfi anta ash-Shafi, la shifaa'a illa shifaa'uka, shifaa'an la yughadiru saqaman.

Narrated Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her): When Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) fell sick, he used to recite Mu'awwidhat (Surat Al-Falaq and Surat An-Nas) and then blow over his body. When his illness increased, I used to recite them on his behalf and rub his body with his own hand because of its blessings. I asked Al-Zuhri, 'How did Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) use to recite?' Al-Zuhri, 'Ubaidullah bin Abdullah told me that Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: During his final illness, the Prophet (ﷺ) used to blow over himself with the recited Surahs. I used to recite them and rub him with my hand, seeking the blessings of the Surah. When the illness became severe, I would recite them and rub him with my hand, hoping for its blessings, but not performing the blowing myself. Narrated 'Urwa from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the Prophet (ﷺ) got ill, he would mention the Mu'awwidhat and blow over himself. Aisha said, 'When the Prophet's illness became severe, I used to recite the Mu'awwidhat and rub his hand with it and ask Allah to cure him (from the disease).' *(Note: The specific text of the dua requested is from another authentic hadith which is often used in conjunction with the Mu'awwidhat for healing.
