Praise be to Allah, Who revived us after causing us to die, and to Him is the resurrection.

Narrated Hudhaifah: Whenever the Prophet (ﷺ) got up for the night (to offer the night prayer), he would say: 'Allahu Akbar!' (Allah is the Greatest!) He would then say: > **Arabic:** سُبْحَانَكَ اللَّهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِكَ، أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ، أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْكَ > **Translation:** Glory be to You, O Allah, and praise be to You. I bear witness that there is no god but You. I seek Your forgiveness and I turn to You in repentance.
