Narrated by Allah's Messenger (๏ทบ): "If anyone among you wakes up in the morning saying: 'Al-hamdu lillahil-ladhi 'afani fi jasadi, wa radda 'alayya rouhi, wa adhina li bi dhikrih.' (All praise is due to Allah, who granted me well-being in my body, restored my soul to me, and permitted me to remember Him), then he has indeed thanked Allah for that day."
