اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ عِلْمًا نَافِعًا، وَرِزْقًا طَيِّبًا، وَعَمَلًا مُتَقَبَّلًا.

‘Abdullah bin Abi Talhah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that his mother told him: I went to see the Prophet (peace be upon him) with Umm Sulaim and Umm Haram, and they mentioned the `Al-Haj' (pilgrimage). The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'O Abu Talhah, instruct your wife to say: Allahumma inni as'aluka 'ilman nafi'an, wa rizqan tayyiban, wa 'amalan mutaqabbalan.' (O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, goodly provision, and deeds accepted). Umm Sulaim said: 'I said it, and if I were to die on that day, it would be a good death.'
