The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: 'When any one of you wakes up in the morning, he should say: 'Alhamdulillahilladhi ahyaana ba'da ma amaatanaa wa ilaihin-nushoor.' (All praise is due to Allah, who brought us back to life after causing us to die, and to Him is the resurrection). And when he goes to sleep, he should say: 'Alhamdulillahilladhi anzala-l-mawt wa ahyaanaa bihi.' (All praise is due to Allah, who sent down death and brought us back to life with it). (This part regarding sleep is a different narration and dua.)
