Narrated Hudhaifah: Whenever the Prophet ﷺ got up for the night (to offer his prayers), he used to say: 'Allah is the Greatest! (3 times) All praise is due to Allah. (3 times) I seek refuge in Allah from the evil of what I have done (3 times). O Allah, Lord of Gabriel, Michael, Israel, Gabriel, Michael, Israfil, the Creator of the heavens and the earth, Knower of the unseen and seen, You judge between Your servants in that wherein they differed. Guide me to the truth, by Your leave, for indeed You guide whom You will to a straight path.' (Sahih Muslim 769).
