اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ زَوَالِ نِعْمَتِكَ، وَتَحَوُّلِ عَافِيَتِكَ، وَفَجْأَةِ نِقْمَتِكَ، وَجَمِيعِ سَخَطِكَ، اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ مُنْكَرَاتِ الأَخْلاَقِ وَالأَعْمَالِ وَالأَهْوَاءِ.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the declining of Your blessings, the changing of Your protection, the suddenness of Your wrath, and all that displeases You. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil character, evil deeds, and evil desires.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa fu'jati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatik. Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min munkaratil akhlaqi wal a'mali wal ahwaa'.

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) used to seek refuge in Allah from the evil of this world and the evil of the Hereafter. He would say: 'Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa fu'jati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatik. Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min munkaratil akhlaqi wal a'mali wal ahwaa'.' (Sahih Muslim 922)
