O Allah, I ask You for well-being in this world and the Hereafter. O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in my religion, my worldly affairs, my family, and my wealth. O Allah, conceal my faults and secure me against fears. O Allah, protect me from before me and from behind me, from my right and from my left, and from above me, and I seek refuge in Your Might lest I be consumed from beneath me.
Allahumma inni as'alukal 'afiyata fid dunya wal akhirah. Allahumma inni as'alukal 'afwa wal 'afiyata fi dini wa dunyaya wa ahli wa mali. Allahumma-stur 'awrati wa amin raw'ati. Allahumma-hfadhni min bayni yadayya wa min khalfi wa 'an yameeni wa 'an shimali wa min fawqi, wa a'udhu bi 'adhamatika an ughtala min tahti.

Virtues & Benefits
The word 'afiyah (عَافِيَة) encompasses a broad meaning of well-being, protection from harm, and being spared from trials and tribulations. By asking for 'afiyah in this life and the next, we are seeking Allah's complete care. This includes protection for our deen (religion), dunya (worldly life), family, and wealth. It also involves seeking protection from hidden dangers ('from beneath me') and known ones (front, back, right, left, above). This dua is a testament to the Prophet's ﷺ reliance on Allah and his comprehensive seeking of His mercy and protection.

Allahumma inni as'aluka al-'afwa wal 'afiyata fi dini wa dunyaya wa ahli wa mali. Allahumma-stur 'awrati wa amin raw'ati. Allahumma-hfadhni min bayni yadayya wa min khalfi wa 'an yameeni wa 'an shimali wa min fawqi, wa a'udhu bi 'adhamatika an ughtala min tahti.' (He said:) And Ibn Umar used to say this prayer in the evening and the morning.' (Sunan Abi Dawud 2617).
