Dua when looking in the mirror
O Allah, You made my physical form beautiful, so make my character beautiful.
O Allah, protect my soul with Your protection, and guard it with Your care, and make it a deposit with You, and accustom it to Your obedience, and help me to remember You, and to thank You, and to worship You in the best way.
O Allah, You have made my creation beautiful, so make my character beautiful, and grant me (the ability to do actions) that please my heart, and do not let anyone other than You have a share in it.
