الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ، اللَّهُمَّ كَمَا أَحْسَنْتَ خَلْقِي فَأَحْسِنْ خُلُقِي

Praise be to Allah. O Allah, just as You have made my form beautiful, so make my character beautiful.

Alhamdulillah, Allahumma kama ahsanta khalqi fa ahsin khulqi.

Narrated Abu Huraira: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'When one of you looks at someone else and then looks at himself [in the mirror], he should say: Allahumma kama ahsanta khalqi fa ahsin khulqi. (O Allah, as You have made my form beautiful, so make my character beautiful.) (Also narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, who said it is Gharib Hassan.)
