Looking in Mirror
Hasan HadithSunan Ibn Majah 3835

O Allah, You created me and You guide me, and You feed me and You give me to drink. When I am sick, You cure me. You cause me to die and then You give me life. I hope that I will meet You without any displeasure from You. O Allah, I ask You by Your knowledge of the unseen and Your power over creation, to keep me alive so long as life is better for me, and to cause me to die when death is better for me. O Allah, I ask You to grant me the fear of You in secret and in public. I ask You to let me speak the truth in times of contentment and anger. I ask You to make me moderate in poverty and wealth. I ask You for lasting bliss and for the delight of my eye which shall not be cut off. I ask You for contentment after Your decree, and for a pleasant life after death, and for the delight of beholding Your face, and for the longing to meet You. I seek refuge in You from shameful adversity and from misleading trials. O Allah, adorn us with the adornment of faith and make us guides, rightly guided, and do not make us misleadings or misguided. O Allah, I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity, and contentment.

Allahumma inni as'aluka bi-'ilmikal-ghaybi wa qudratika 'alal-khalqi an tuhyini ma 'alimtal-hayata khayran li, wa tawaffani idha 'alimtal-wafata khayran li. Allahumma inni as'alukal-huda wat-tuqa wal-'afafa wal-ghina.
