اَللّٰهُمَّ أَحْسَنْتَ خَلْقِيْ فَأَحْسِنْ خُلُقِيْ، وَحَرِّمْ وَجْهِيْ عَلَى النَّارِ
O Allah, You have made my form beautiful, so make my character beautiful, and forbid my face from the Fire.
Allahumma ahsanta khalqi fa ahsin khuluqi, wa harrim wajhi 'alan-nar

It was narrated from Abu Hurayrah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to say when he looked at his face in the mirror: 'O Allah, You have made my form beautiful, so make my character beautiful, and forbid my face from the Fire.' (Narrated by Ahmad in Al-Musnad, and it is considered Hasan by some scholars.)
