اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنَّكَ أَحْسَنْتَ خَلْقِي فَأَحْسِنْ خُلُقِي وَحَرِّمْ وَجْهِي عَلَى النَّارِ
O Allah, You have made my form beautiful, so make my character beautiful and forbid my face from the Fire.
Allahumma innaka ahsanta khalqi fa-ahsinn khuluqi wa-harim wajhi 'alan-nar
