اَللّٰهُمَّ كَمَا أَحْسَنْتَ خَلْقِيْ فَأَحْسِنْ خُلُقِيْ وَحَرِّمْ وَجْهِيْ عَلَى النَّارِ
O Allah, just as You have beautified my form, make my character beautiful, and forbid my face from the Fire.

Narrated Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him): When the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) looked at himself in the mirror, he would say: 'O Allah, just as You have beautified my form, make my character beautiful, and forbid my face from the Fire.'
