اللَّهُمَّ أَحْسَنْتَ خَلْقِي فَأَحْسِنْ خُلُقِي

O Allah, You have made my form beautiful, so make my character beautiful.

Allahumma ahsanta khalqi fa ahsin khuluqi

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) used to say this dua: 'Allahumma ahsanta khalqi fa ahsin khuluqi' (O Allah, You have made my form beautiful, so make my character beautiful). This narration is found in Musnad Ahmad and is considered Hasan.
