اللَّهُمَّ كَمَا حَسَّنْتَ خَلْقِي فَحَسِّنْ خُلُقِي
O Allah, just as You have made my form beautiful, make my character beautiful.

Narrated by Abdullah ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: 'No one has been gifted with anything better than steadfastness in religion and good manners.' (Reported by Al-Hakim, and graded Sahih by him, and supported by similar narrations that reach the level of Hasan).
