O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, I seek refuge in You from helplessness and laziness, I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from the overwhelming of debt and the subduing of men.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-hammi wal-hazani, wa a'udhu bika minal-'ajzi wal-kasali, wa a'udhu bika minal-jubni wal-bukhl, wa a'udhu bika min ghalabatid-dayni wa qahrir-rijal.

Virtues & Benefits
This comprehensive dua, taught by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, addresses many common anxieties and afflictions, including those that can lead to or be exacerbated by social isolation. By seeking refuge in Allah from anxiety (hamm) and sorrow (hazan), you are asking for peace of mind. Helplessness ('ajz) and laziness (kasal) can trap us in isolation, so seeking refuge from them empowers us to act. Cowardice (jubn) and stinginess (bukhl) can also hinder positive social interaction and resilience. While debt and the subduing of men might seem specific, they represent forms of external pressure and lack of control that can heighten feelings of isolation. Reciting this dua helps foster reliance on Allah, strengthen our resolve, and find solace in His plan, even when we feel alone.
