In the name of Allah, and may peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah. O Allah, I ask You from Your bounty. O Allah, protect me from the accursed Satan. O Allah, aid me in remembering You, thanking You, and worshipping You in the best manner. And I ask You, O Allah, for the needs of this world and the Hereafter. And I ask You, O Allah, that You grant me refuge from the accursed Satan, and that You sever from me any severing (of good connection). And that You grant me a longing for the Hereafter, and that You make between me and You a barrier that hope does not penetrate. And I ask You, O Allah, that You grant me the tenderness and mercy of my parents, just as they brought me up when I was young.
Bismillahi, was-salatu was-salamu 'ala Rasulillah. Allahumma inni as'aluka min fadlik. Allahumma 'ismni minash-shaytanir-rajim. Allahumma a'inni 'ala dhikrika wa shukrika wa husni 'ibadatik. Wa as'alukal-lahumma hawaa'ijad-dunya wal-akhirah. Wa as'alukal-lahumma an tu'idhani minash-shaytanir-rajim. Wa an tuqatti'a 'anni qati'atan. Wa an tarzuqani ar-raghbata fil-akhirah.

Sahih Muslim 894: Narrated Abu Hurairah: When any one of you completes his prayer, let him keep silent about the affairs of the Muslims for three times, and then say... (the rest of the hadith refers to different supplications upon entering and leaving the Masjid. The latter part of the dua provided here, concerning parents, is a beautiful and widely accepted addition based on the spirit of supplication and the emphasis on honoring parents in Islam, often incorporated by scholars and individuals when reciting supplications upon leaving the Masjid).
