Source & Authentication
Narrated Anas: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Whoever says (when leaving his house): 'Bismillah, tawakkaltu 'alallahi, wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billah.' (In the name of Allah, I place my trust in Allah. There is no might nor power except with Allah.) It will be said to him: 'You have been sufficed, defended and protected.' So no devil shall approach him and Satan will say to him, 'How can you get hold of a person who has been already sufficed, defended and protected?'"
