O Allah, forgive me my all sins, the minor and the major, the first and the last, the apparent and the hidden, the intentional and the mistaken. O Allah, grant me a soul at peace, which believes in meeting You, and is content with Your decree, and satisfied with Your gift. O Allah, open for us the openings of those who know (You), and illuminate our hearts with the light of Your knowledge, and open upon us the openings of those who know (You).
Allahumma-ghfir li dhanbi kullahu, diqqahu wa jillahu, awwalahu wa akhirahu, wa 'alaniyatahu wa sirrahu, wa jabrahu wa khata'ahu. Allahumma a'tini nafsan mutma'innatan tu'qinu biliqa'ika, wa tardha biqada'ika, wa taqna'u bi 'ata'ika. Allahumma-ftah lana futuhal-'arifin, wa nawwir qulubana bi-nuri ma'rifatika, wa-ftah 'alayna futuhal-'arifin.

Narrated Abu Hurairah: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to seek refuge in Allah (by reciting these words): 'O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the torment of the Hell, and from the torment of the grave, and from the trial of life and death, and from the evil of the trial of the False Messiah (Dajjal).' Abu Hurairah said: And we (also) seek refuge in Allah from the torment of the Hell, and from the torment of the grave, and from the trial of life and death, and from the evil of the trial of the False Messiah (Dajjal). And it was narrated from him: 'O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the overthrow of the house, and from the falling down (of a building), and from the drowning, and from burning, and from the falling down (of a building), and from the drowning, and from burning, and from the falling of a building, and from submersion, and from burning, and that I may fall into evil at death, and that I may die in battle facing the enemy, and that I may die of poisoning.' And it was narrated from him: 'O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the subjugation to a strong man, and from the severe affliction, and from the evil decree, and from the evil of what is in the darkness, and from the pride of the rich.' And it was narrated from him: 'O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the torment of the grave, and grant me a soul that is at rest, which believes in Your meeting, and is content with Your decree, and is satisfied with Your gift.' And he said: 'O Allah, teach me the benefit of what You have taught me, and teach me what is useful for me, and increase me in knowledge.' And he said: 'O Allah, I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity, and self-sufficiency.' (Sahih Muslim 771)
