اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ عِلْمًا نَافِعًا، وَرِزْقًا طَيِّبًا، وَعَمَلًا مُتَقَبَّلًا
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, good provision, and deeds that are accepted.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: 'The supplication of a servant is granted as long as the supplication is not for sin or for the severing of ties, and as long as he does not become impatient.' It was said: 'O Messenger of Allah, what does it mean to become impatient?' He said: 'It is when he says: I have supplicated, I have supplicated, and I have not been answered, and he becomes discouraged and abandons supplication.' (Sunan Ibn Majah 925 - graded Hasan by Darussalam). This hadith emphasizes the importance of persistent, sincere dua for all matters, including crucial decisions about knowledge.
