اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ صَبْرًا عَلَى قَضَائِكَ، وَحَيَاةً بَعْدَ الْمَوْتِ، وَلَذَّةَ النَّظَرِ إِلَى وَجْهِكَ، وَشَوْقًا إِلَى لِقَائِكَ، غَيْرَ ضَارٍّ وَلَا مُضِلِّ، اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَافِيَةَ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالآخِرَةِ.
O Allah, I ask You for patience in the face of Your decree, a life after death, the pleasure of looking at Your Face, and a longing to meet You, without hardship and without misguidance. O Allah, I ask You for well-being in this world and the Hereafter.
Allahumma inni as'aluka sabran 'ala qada'ik, wa hayatan ba'dal mawt, wa ladhdhatal nadhari ila wajhik, wa shawqan ila liqa'ik, ghayra darrin wa la mudhillin. Allahumma inni as'alukal 'afiyata fid-dunya wal akhirah.
