The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: 'When any of you finishes a meal, he should say: 'Al-hamdu lillah alladhi at'amana hadha wa razaqanihi min ghairi hawlin minni wa la quwwatin' (All praise is due to Allah, who fed me this and provided it for me without any strength on my part or might). And when he finishes wearing a garment, he should say: 'Al-hamdu lillah alladhi kafani wa awwani' (All praise is due to Allah, who sufficed me and sheltered me). And when any of you finishes his journey, he should say: 'Al-hamdu lillah alladhi kafani wa awwani' (All praise is due to Allah, who sufficed me and sheltered me).
