It was narrated from 'Aishah that when any good thing came to the Prophet (ﷺ) or when any group of Muslims was pleased with something, he would say: ‘Alhamdulillah allathee binimathee tatimmus-salihaat’ (All praise is due to Allah, by Whose grace good deeds are completed). And when any matter displeased him, he would say: ‘Alhamdulillah ‘ala kulli haal’ (Praise be to Allah in all circumstances).
