O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the disappearance of Your blessings, the reversal of Your well-being, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all that displeases You. I seek refuge in You from the torment of the grave, and I seek refuge in You from the ordeal of the Dajjal, and I seek refuge in You from the trials of life and death.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa faja'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatik, wa a'udhu bika min fitnatil-qabri, wa a'udhu bika min fitnatid-dajjal, wa a'udhu bika min fitnatil-mahya wal-mawat.

Reciting it habitually can serve as a constant reminder to stay vigilant against the subtle ways Shaytan can lead us astray, including self-deception.
How to Read
Make this dua with sincerity and a heartfelt intention. Raise your hands as you would in supplication, and call upon Allah with a clear and focused mind. Reflect on the meanings of each phrase as you utter it, truly feeling your need for Allah's protection.
