O Allah, I ask You to enable me to do good deeds and abandon evil deeds, and to love the poor, and that You forgive me and have mercy on me. And if You intend to try Your servants with tribulation, then take me to Yourself without subjecting me to it. O Allah, I ask You for Your love, and the love of those who love You, and the love of any deed that will bring me closer to Your love.
Allahumma inni as'aluka fi'la khayrat, wa tark al-munkarat, wa hubb al-masakin, wa an taghfira li wa tarhamani, wa idha aradta bi'ibadika fitnatan, fa tawaffani ilayka ghayra maftun. Allahumma inni as'aluka hubbaka, wa hubba man yuhibbuk, wa hubba 'amal yuqarribuni ila hubbik.
