اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ زَوَالِ نِعْمَتِكَ، وَتَحَوُّلِ عَافِيَتِكَ، وَفُجَاءَةِ نِقْمَتِكَ، وَجَمِيعِ سَخَطِكَ.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the cessation of Your blessings, the reversal of Your good health, the suddenness of Your vengeance, and all of Your displeasure.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa fujati niqmatik, wa jami'i sukhṭik.
