O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your female servant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is ever effective. Your decree concerning me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or revealed to any of Your creation, or sent down in Your Book, or which You have preserved in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Qur'an the spring of my heart, and the light of my chest, and a remover of my sadness, and a disperser of my worries.
Allahumma inni 'abduk, ibnu 'abdik, ibnu amatik, nasiyati bi-yadik, madin fiyya hukmuk, 'adlun fiyya qada'uk, as'aluka bi-kulli ismin huwa lak sammayta bihi nafsak, aw 'allamtahu ahadan min khalqik, aw anzaltahu fi kitabik, aw ista'tharta bihi fi 'ilm al-ghaybi 'indak, an taj'ala al-Qur'ana rabi'a qalbi, wa nura sadri, wa jila'a huzni, wa dhahaba hammi

Source & Authentication
It was narrated that Abdullah bin Abi Aufa said: The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ came to us and said: "Whoever has a need from Allah or from any of His creation, let him perform ablution well, then pray two rak'ahs, then praise Allah and send salutations upon the Prophet ﷺ, and then say: Allahumma inni as'aluka min fadlik... (the dua). And after that, let him ask Allah for His desire, for verily with him are the desires that He wishes to ask for (they are from Him and will be given)." [Sunan Abi Dawud 5046]. While this narration is about seeking a need, the core of the dua is a deep supplication to Allah using His perfect names and the Qur'an to alleviate worry and sadness, which can be interpreted as removing obstacles.
