O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your maidservant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is executed. Your decree concerning me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, that You have taught to any one of Your creation, that You have revealed in Your Book, or that You have preserved in the knowledge of the unseen with You, to make the Qur'an the spring of my heart, the light of my chest, the banisher of my sadness, and the reliever of my anxiety.
Allahumma inni 'abdak, ibnu 'abdik, ibnu amatik, nasiyati biyadika, madin fiyya hukmuk, 'adlun fiyya qada'uk, as'aluka bikulli ismin huwa lak, sammayta bihi nafsak, aw 'allamtahu ahadan min khalqik, aw anzaltahu fi kitabik, aw ista'tharta bihi fi 'ilm il-ghaybi 'indak, an taj'ala al-Qur'ana rabi'a qalbi, wa nura sadri, wa jala'a huzni, wa dhahaba hammi.

Source & Authentication
Narrated 'Abdullah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, 'No person suffers from anxiety and then says: “O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your maidservant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is executed. Your decree concerning me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, that You have taught to any one of Your creation, that You have revealed in Your Book, or that You have preserved in the knowledge of the unseen with You, to make the Qur'an the spring of my heart, the light of my chest, the banisher of my sadness, and the reliever of my anxiety,” but Allah will take away his anxiety and replace his sadness with joy.' The Companions asked: 'O Messenger of Allah! Should we learn these words?' He replied: 'Yes, indeed! It is essential for everyone who hears them to learn them.'
