اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ زَوَالِ نِعْمَتِكَ، وَتَحَوُّلِ عَافِيَتِكَ، وَفُجَاءَةِ نِقْمَتِكَ، وَجَمِيعِ سَخَطِكَ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْقَبْرِ، وَغَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ النَّارِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا قَدْ عُمِلَ.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the demise of Your blessings, the reversal of Your good health, the suddenness of Your vengeance, and all of Your displeasure. I seek refuge in You from the trial of the grave and the dominance of men. I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the Hellfire, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of what has been done.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matika, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatika, wa fugati niqmatika, wa jami'i sakhatik, wa a'udhu bika min fitnatil-qabri, wa ghalabatir-rijal, wa a'udhu bika min 'adhabin-nari, wa a'udhu bika min sharri ma qad 'umila.

Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to teach them (this dua) in the prayer as he taught them a Surah from the Qur'an. He would say: 'Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min 'adhab al-qabri, wa a'udhu bika min fitnatil-masihid-dajjal, wa a'udhu bika min fitnatil-mahyā wa fitnatil-mawt. Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-ma'thami wal-maghram.' (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, I seek refuge in You from the trial of the False Messiah (Dajjal), I seek refuge in You from the trial of life and the trial of death.
