O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the disappearance of Your blessings, the reversal of Your good health, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all of Your displeasure.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa fuj'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatik.

How to Read
Recite this supplication with sincerity, focusing on the meaning and understanding that true solace and strength come from Allah alone. Raise your hands as you make this dua, a sign of your humble plea to your Creator. Repeat it consistently, especially during times of heightened fear or insecurity about social interactions.
Virtues & Benefits
This comprehensive dua, taught by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ to his companions, is a powerful shield against a range of anxieties. By seeking refuge in Allah from the loss of His favors, the decline of well-being, sudden retribution, and His anger, we affirm our dependence on Him. When facing the fear of social exclusion, this means trusting that Allah's acceptance and well-being are far more significant than the approval or disapproval of any human group. It fosters inner resilience by reminding us that our true value and security lie with our Creator, not with the validation of others.

‘Abdullah ibn ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to teach us to seek refuge in Allah in these words, instructing us to seek refuge in Him from the decline of His blessings, the reversal of His well-being, the suddenness of His punishment, and all that provokes His anger.
