O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of my hearing, and from the evil of my sight, and from the evil of my tongue, and from the evil of my heart, and from the evil of my semen. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the difficulties of affairs, and from the evil of the Fire, and from the evil of the wealth of the night and the heat of the day, and from the evil of the Dajjal of the earth, and from the evil of every creature You are seizing by its forelock. Indeed, my Lord is on a straight path.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min sharri sam'i, wa min sharri basari, wa min sharri lisani, wa min sharri qalbi, wa min sharri maniyyi. Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min 'udhalil-amri, wa min sharri an-nari, wa min sharri ghina al-layli wa harri an-nahari, wa min sharri Dajjalil-ardi, wa min sharri kulli dabbatin anta akhidhun binasiyatiha, inna Rabbi 'ala siratin mustaqim.

Virtues & Benefits
This dua encompasses a vast range of seeking refuge, covering physical senses (hearing, sight), speech (tongue), inner self (heart), procreative ability (semen), the challenges of life ('udhal al-amr), the Hellfire, extreme conditions (night's wealth/day's heat), and the ultimate test of the Dajjal. By seeking refuge in Allah from these, we acknowledge His absolute power and our reliance on Him for protection from all forms of evil, including that which can lead to kufr or deviate us from the straight path.
Source & Authentication
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) used to seek refuge in Allah from four things, saying: 'Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min sharri sam'i, wa min sharri basari, wa min sharri lisani, wa min sharri qalbi, wa min sharri maniyyi.' Then he said: 'Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min 'udhalil-amri, wa min sharri an-nari, wa min sharri ghina al-layli wa harri an-nahari, wa min sharri Dajjalil-ardi, wa min sharri kulli dabbatin anta akhidhun binasiyatiha, inna Rabbi 'ala siratin mustaqim.' (Sahih Muslim 2707). This hadith is narrated by Abdullah ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him).
