بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
In the name of Allah, with Whose name nothing can cause harm on earth or in the heavens, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
Bismillahil-ladhi la yadurru ma'asmihi shai'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa huwas-samee'ul-aleem

Narrated by Aban bin Uthman: 'Uthman bin 'Affan (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "He who says three times every morning: 'Bismillahil-ladhi la yadurru ma'asmihi shai'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa huwas-samee'ul-aleem' (In the name of Allah, with Whose name nothing can cause harm on earth or in the heavens, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing), will not be afflicted by sudden calamity until the morning comes, and he who says it in the evening will not be afflicted by sudden calamity until the morning comes." Aban bin Uthman suffered from a paralyzed leg, and people started to look at him. Aban said to him: 'This is the hadith I have narrated to you.' But it was as if he had not narrated this hadith to him. So he (Aban) turned his leg, and it got well. This was because (he invoked) the name of Allah, the Exalted, the Glorious.
