O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, and I seek refuge in You from the trial of the Dajjal, and I seek refuge in You from the trials of life and death. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from sin and debt.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min 'adhabil-qabri, wa a'udhu bika min fitnatin-Dajjal, wa a'udhu bika min fitnatil-mahya wal-mawat. Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-mathami wal-maghram.

Virtues & Benefits
This dua offers comprehensive protection. Seeking refuge from the punishment of the grave and the trials of the Dajjal and life/death are major protections for the hereafter. While the primary focus isn't directly about societal judgment, by seeking refuge from these profound trials, we are inherently seeking Allah's (SWT) complete protection, which encompasses inner peace and freedom from the crippling fear of human scrutiny. Freedom from 'sin and debt' also signifies freedom from the burdens and worries that can lead to anxieties about one's standing and actions.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ used to seek refuge with Allah from four things, saying: 'Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min 'adhabil-qabri, wa a'udhu bika min fitnatin-Dajjal, wa a'udhu bika min fitnatil-mahya wal-mawat. Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-mathami wal-maghram.' (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, and I seek refuge in You from the trial of the Dajjal, and I seek refuge in You from the trials of life and death. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from sin and debt.) This was narrated by Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) and is found in Sahih al-Bukhari (6306) and Sahih Muslim (589).
