O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the disappearance of Your blessings, and the reversal of Your protection, and the suddenness of Your punishment, and all that displeases You. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from ruin, and old age, and exhaustion, and poverty. I seek refuge in You from destruction. I seek refuge in You from stumbling through my life, or misplacing my trust, or being among the heedless. I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, until I am raised from my grave pleased with me. O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, and good provision, and accepted deeds.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa faja'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatik. Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min hadmi, wa harami, wa juhdi, wa faqri, wa a'udhu bika min halaki, wa a'udhu bika min an atakhabbata fi hayati, aw udhayyi'a amanati, aw akuna minal ghafilin. A'udhu bika min 'adhabin fi qabri, hatta idha qumti min qabri, radhita 'anni. Allahumma inni as'aluka 'ilman nafi'an, wa rizqan tayyiban, wa 'amalan mutaqabbalan.

Narrated Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) used to teach them to say in the morning and in the evening: Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa faja'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatik. 'O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the disappearance of Your blessings, and the reversal of Your protection, and the suddenness of Your punishment, and all that displeases You.' And Abdullah bin Umar used to say this himself in the morning and in the evening. He also used to say: Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min hadmi, wa harami, wa juhdi, wa faqri, wa a'udhu bika min halaki, wa a'udhu bika min an atakhabbata fi hayati, aw udhayyi'a amanati, aw akuna minal ghafilin. A'udhu bika min 'adhabin fi qabri, hatta idha qumti min qabri, radhita 'anni. Allahumma inni as'aluka 'ilman nafi'an, wa rizqan tayyiban, wa 'amalan mutaqabbalan.
