بِسْمِ اللَّهِ، أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنْ شَرِّ نَفْسِي وَمِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ دَابَّةٍ أَنْتَ آخِذٌ بِنَاصِيَتِهَا، إِنَّ رَبِّي عَلَى صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ.
In the name of Allah, I seek refuge in Allah from the evil of myself and from the evil of every creature He holds by its forelock. Indeed, my Lord is on a straight path.
Bismillahi, a'udhu billahi min sharri nafsi wa min sharri kulli dābbatin anta ākhidhun bināṣiyatihā, inna rabbī 'alā ṣirāṭin mustaqīmin.

Narrated by Ibn 'Abbas: The Prophet (ﷺ) used to seek refuge in Allah for Al-Hasan and Al-Husayn saying: 'I seek refuge in Allah's perfect words from every devil and every poisonous thing and from every evil eye.' Then he would say: 'It was indeed Allah's responsibility to grant safety to them.' And in another narration: 'I seek refuge in Allah's perfect words from every devil, from every harmful creature and from every evil eye.'
