In the name of Allah, I seek refuge in Allah from the evil of myself and from the evil of every moving creature that You seize by the forelock. Indeed, my Lord is on a straight path.

It's best recited while keeping your hands together, then breathing into them and wiping over your body as much as you can. This was the practice of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ when seeking refuge.
Virtues & Benefits
This supplication encompasses seeking refuge from all sorts of evil, including that which stems from arrogance and envy. By acknowledging that Allah holds the reins of all creation, we place our ultimate trust in Him for protection against any harm, seen or unseen. The phrase 'min sharri nafsi' (from the evil of myself) also reminds us to guard against our own shortcomings that might make us susceptible to harm. The latter part, 'inna Rabbi 'ala siratin mustaqim' (Indeed, my Lord is on a straight path), affirms faith in Allah's justice and guidance.

Narrated Ibn 'Abbas: The Prophet ﷺ used to teach them this invocation as he used to teach them a Surah of the Quran: 'A'udhu bi-kalimatillahit-tammati min ghadabihi wa 'iqabihi wa min sharri 'ibadihi wa min hamazati-sh-shayatini wa an yahduruun' (I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from His anger, His punishment, and the evil of His servants, and from the evil suggestions of devils and from their presence). Ibn 'Abbas also narrated: The Prophet ﷺ used to seek refuge (in Allah) from the evil eye and said: 'U'idhu bi-kalimati-llahi-t-tammati min kulli shaitanin wa hammahatin, wa min kulli 'aynin lammah.' (I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from every devil and every poisonous reptile, and from every evil eye). And it was narrated from him: 'A'udhu bi-wajhi-llahil-lazina la yudari'u 'izama-hu wa sada-hu min sharri-sh-shayatini wa min sharri kulli shaytanin wa hamatin wa min sharri kulli 'aynin' (I seek refuge in the face of Allah, than which nothing is greater, from the evil of the devils and from the evil of every devil and every creeping thing and from the evil of every evil eye). Another narration is: 'A'udhu bi-kalimatillahit-tammati min sharri ma khalaq' (I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created). And it was narrated from him: 'Bismillah, a'udhu billahi min sharri nafsi wa min sharri kulli dabbatin anta akhidhun binasiyatiha, inna Rabbi 'ala siratin mustaqim' (In the name of Allah, I seek refuge in Allah from the evil of myself and from the evil of every moving creature that You seize by the forelock.
