In the name of Allah, I seek refuge in Allah from the evil of myself and the evil of Satan and his polytheism, and that I should inflict evil upon myself or draw it towards a Muslim.
Bismillahi, a'udhu billahi min sharri nafsi wa sharri sh-shaytani wa shirkih, wa an aqtarifa 'ala nafsi su'an aw ajurrahu ila muslim.

It's about recognizing that all power and control belong to Him alone, and seeking His shield against any potential harm, whether it stems from human envy or Satanic whispers.
