بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
In the name of Allah, with Whose name nothing can cause harm on earth or in heaven, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.

Virtues & Benefits
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: 'Whoever says this three times in the morning will not be afflicted by any calamity until evening, and whoever says it three times in the evening will not be afflicted by any calamity until morning.' (Sahih Abu Dawud 5088, Sahih Ibn Majah 3864). This hadith clearly highlights the immense protective power of this dua, shielding the believer from physical harm, misfortune, and perhaps even spiritual dangers that may lurk during the night.

It was narrated from 'Abdullah bin Ghannam Al-Ansari that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Whoever says 'Bismillahilladhi la yadhurru ma'asmihi shai'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa huwas-Samee'ul-Aleem' three times in the morning, he will not be afflicted by any calamity until evening, and whoever says it three times in the evening, he will not be afflicted by any calamity until morning.' (Sunan Abi Dawud, Book 41, Hadith 5088; Sunan Ibn Majah, Book 32, Hadith 3864).
