اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ فِي قَلْبِي نُورًا، وَفِي بَصَرِي نُورًا، وَفِي سَمْعِي نُورًا، وَعَنْ يَمِينِي نُورًا، وَعَنْ يَسَارِي نُورًا، وَفَوْقِي نُورًا، وَتَحْتِي نُورًا، وَأَمَامِي نُورًا، وَخَلْفِي نُورًا، وَاجْعَلْ فِي نَفْسِي نُورًا، وَعَظِّمْ لِي نُورًا، وَاجْعَلْ لِي نُورًا، وَاجْعَلْنِي نُورًا
O Allah, make light within my heart, and light in my sight, and light in my hearing, and light on my right, and light on my left, and light above me, and light beneath me, and light before me, and light behind me; and grant me light, and make my light great, and make me light.

Narrated Ibn 'Abbas: The Prophet (ﷺ) used to supplicate during the night: 'O Allah, grant me light in my heart, and light in my tongue, and light in my hearing, and light in my sight, and light behind me and light before me, and light to my right and light to my left, and grant me light, and make my soul light, and make me light. And grant me light in my grave, and make me light, and make me light in the Day of Judgment, and make me light, and increase me in light, and increase me in light, and make me light in the reciting of the night and in the fasting of the day.' He said: 'The sleep is a light and its waking is a light and the Quran is light and the knowledge is light and my knowledge (of Arabic) is light and my family is light and my Ummah is light and my following is light and the dawn is light and the night is light and the Sun is light and the Moon is light and the Fire is light and the water is light and the stones are light and the iron is light and the dress is light and the tent is light and the camel is light and the horse is light and the man is light.' He said: 'I do not know what else Allah has created which is light.'
