Narrated by Abu Darda: The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: 'Whoever says in the morning: "Bismillahilladhi la yadhurru ma'asmihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i, wa Huwas-Samee'ul-'Aleem" (In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing on earth or in heaven can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing), he will not be afflicted by sudden calamity until he enters the evening, and whoever says it in the evening, he will not be afflicted by sudden calamity until the morning, and it was prescribed for Abu Darda to write it down because of its benefit.'
