اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ زَوَالِ نِعْمَتِكَ، وَتَحَوُّلِ عَافِيَتِكَ، وَفَجْأَةِ نِقْمَتِكَ، وَجَمِيعِ سَخَطِكَ، أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَدْمِ وَالدَّمِ وَالْهَرَمِ وَالْهَرَمِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ وَالشِّرْكِ وَالشِّقَاقِ وَالنِّفَاقِ وَسُوءِ الْأَخْلَاقِ
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the decline of Your blessings, the change of Your protection, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all Your displeasure. I seek refuge in You from destruction, from falling into sin (bloodshed/ruin), from old age, and from old age. And I seek refuge in You from the devil, from associating partners with You, from dissension, from hypocrisy, and from bad character.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa fu'ja'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatik. A'udhu bika minal hadmi wad-dam, wal-harami wal-harami, wa a'udhu bika minash-shaytani wash-shirki wash-shiqaqi wan-nifaqi wa su'il akhlaq.

It was narrated from 'Abdullah that the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ used to supplicate: 'Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa fu'ja'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatik.
