Narrated by Abdullah ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'When any one of you goes to bed, let him say: أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ غَضَبِهِ وَعِقَابِهِ، وَشَرِّ عِبَادِهِ، وَمِنْ هَمَزَاتِ الشَّيَاطِينِ وَأَنْ يَحْضُرُونِ (A'udhu bikalimatillahit-tammati min ghadabihi wa 'iqabihi, wa sharri 'ibadihi, wa min hamazatish-shayateeni wa an yahdurun). Then this dua will be a protection for him throughout the night.' (Sunan Abu Dawud 3893)
