In the name of Allah, I have laid down on my side. O Allah, forgive my sins, silence my devil, release me from my fetters, and make my scales heavy. And grant me a spirit from You, living, and place light in my heart, and light in my hearing, and light in my sight, and light in my hair, and light in my skin, and place light behind me, and light before me, and light above me, and light beneath me. O Allah, grant me faith and piety, and understanding, and grant me justice, and increase me in knowledge. O Allah, I ask You for gratitude, and gratitude to You, and bless me in what You have provided for me, and grant me well-being in my soul, and in my family, and in my property, and let me go forward with good, and let me remain with good, and make my end good, and bless me in my appointed time, and make my desire in my Hereafter, and keep me away from evil, and bless me in all my affairs, and grant me refuge from all evil. Verily, You are Able to do all things, and that is easy for You. I have been asking You, and I have asked You, and I am asking You. Glory be to You and praise be to You! There is no god but You. And I ask You to protect me from the punishment of the grave.

Source & Authentication
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ used to supplicate when he went to sleep: 'Bismillah, I have laid down on my side. O Allah, forgive my sins, and silence my devil, and release me from my fetters, and make my scales heavy, and make me contented with what You have given me. O Allah, grant me a living spirit from Your command, and place in my heart light, and in my hearing light, and in my sight light, and in my hair light, and in my skin light, and in my flesh light, and in my blood light, and in my bones light, and behind me light, and before me light, and from my right light, and from my left light, and from above me light, and from beneath me light. O Allah, increase me in submission, and grant me a reward for my intention, and grant me wisdom, and count me among the righteous. O Allah, grant me a healthy body, and a sound hearing, and a sound sight, and make me thankful for Your blessings, and make me praise You and be satisfied with Your decree. O Allah, I ask You for patience in Your decree, and for a living life after death, and for the sweetness of Your glance, and the longing to meet You, without any harm that causes distress, or any trial that causes deviation. O Allah, I ask You for the enjoyment of life and the enjoyment of the Hereafter, and I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the Fire and the punishment of the grave.' Sunan Abi Dawud 5055.
