Source & Authentication

It was narrated that Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to teach his companions a supplication to recite during the night. He would say: > **Arabic:** أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ > **Translation:** 'I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created.' And he would say that whoever recited this supplication three times at night would be protected from all harm until the morning. (Sahih Muslim 2708)
