The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: 'No creature that seeks refuge in the words of Allah will be harmed.' A man said: 'O Messenger of Allah, what about when we are travelling in the wilderness or desolate places?' He said: 'No creature that seeks refuge in the words of Allah will be harmed.' This hadith, while general, encompasses all forms of harm, including the disturbance caused by pests, as they are part of 'what He has created'.
